Rich Grazing Land

This is a plein air painting using a palette knife only.  I love using the palette knife when lots of craggy rock formations are present on mountain sides, canyons, and large bluffs.  Many of which are slowly breaking away to endlessly change the view. This location is just off Highway One on the California coast in what is named the Garrapata between Carmel and Big Sur.  It shows a partial view of the Rocky Creek Bridge in the upper portion of the painting and some cattle grazing in the fore ground.  

Hopefully, this location will be left alone by developers and trespassers who may ruin this natural beauty forever!

It is framed in a gallery quality expresso colored flat panel frame.
